Our company quality policy is aimed at satisfying our customers. The application of this policy is directly linked to the competences of our employees. Disciplined organisation is required to constantly guarantee the reliability of our customer relationship management.

We wish to master relations with our customers by anticipating both, their explicit and implicit needs. Defining the needs of our customers extends beyond taking orders and managing estimates. It is an anticipatory action which consists of listening in a broader sense in order to organise the company policy in terms of customer satisfaction.

GOSSELIN intends to go further in its strategy of wider export sales. To do this the company will redouble its efforts as much in terms of driving out contamination risks from the fabrication process as in competitiveness.

GOSSELIN must remain the European leader in single-use laboratory products. This will be achieved with existing products thanks to increased productivity permitting us to compete with the lower prices offered by smaller competitors, whilst maintaining our universally recognised quality. This will occur as well as and especially because of putting in place the new production technologies required for new products in new markets.
