Ionization

A part of the GOSSELIN range of products are ionized by electrical source. These products are treated by a beam (ß) treatment. Energy released in the material modifies atomic connections. This phenomenon offers 2 industrial applications :

The most extended, consists to break DNA chains of the germs and micro-organism to eliminate them by the way. It is named decontamination.

For polymeric materials, these molecular arrangements can generate either reticulations (for example : reinforcement of mechanical properties) or degradations (for example: cellulose)

The expiry date of ionized products is generally of 3 years after treatment. A sterilization certificate is stuck on each case. This pealable certificate make the administration tasks of our customer easier.
